4. Compatibility

   Products target Adobe Premiere Pro (and After Effects for MOGRTs).
   We cannot guarantee compatibility with future software versions or third-party plugins. Please verify requirements before purchase.

5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

   All items remain the intellectual property of preseter.net. Purchasing grants a license to use them—not ownership.

6. Updates, Pricing & Availability

7. Refunds & Chargebacks

   Lemon Squeezy allows full or partial refunds at any time through their dashboard, though partial refunds may not yet be supported by the interface. Lemon Squeezy may also process refunds within 60 days themselves to prevent chargebacks.

8. Limitation of Liability

   Products are provided “as-is” without warranty. We are not liable for damages related to usage or inability to use them (e.g. project delays, incompatibility, or data loss). Your sole remedy is refund limited to the original purchase price.

9. Governing Law

   These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that region.
